Delete your OnlyTeeth account

This page is for the OnlyTeeth app by OnlyTeeth.

In the app

1. Open OnlyTeeth and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. If some cases on your phone have not synced yet, the app asks you to connect to the internet first, so nothing is left behind.

Before you delete, you can export your cases from the app (spreadsheet, photos and PDFs) if you want to keep a copy.

Without the app

Email hello@onlyteeth.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my OnlyTeeth account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile, including your logo and signature.
• Your cases, visits, patients, notes, requirements and goals.
• Your clinical photographs and scans.
• The data stored on your phone by the app, when you delete from the app.

What is not

• Files you have already exported or sent to someone, such as PDFs or WhatsApp messages.
• Cases you logged in a shared clinic workspace may stay with that clinic, as part of its records.
• Short usage events, which never contain patient details, may be kept in aggregate.
