Terms of use

These terms apply to the OnlyTeeth app and onlyteeth.app. OnlyTeeth is run by Mohamed Gamal Elfaham, in Egypt ("we"). You accept these terms by ticking the box the app shows after you first sign in. If you do not agree, please do not use OnlyTeeth.
What OnlyTeeth is
OnlyTeeth helps dental students and dentists record their clinical work, prepare papers for patients and labs, and build reports, logbooks and portfolios.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give accurate details, and use the app only for your own clinical work or your clinic's.
- You must be 18 or older. OnlyTeeth is made for dental students and dentists, not for children.
Patient information
You decide what you record about patients. You are responsible for having their consent where your university, clinic or the law requires it, and for keeping what you export or send safe. Do not post patient photographs or details anywhere without consent.
Your content
What you log stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time and delete it whenever you like.
Free and Premium
- OnlyTeeth has a free plan. New accounts get 30 days of Premium at no cost. The trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself: nothing is charged unless you choose to buy Premium.
- In the app, Premium is a subscription through Google Play or the App Store, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. The price, period and renewal terms are shown before you confirm. Cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the renewal date; Premium then stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- On onlyteeth.app/premium, people in Egypt can pay once for 30 or 365 days by InstaPay or a mobile wallet and receive a code. This does not renew: nothing more is charged when the period ends.
- Prices are shown in full before you pay. There are no other fees from us; your bank or wallet may charge its own transfer fees.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
- On any plan you can read, edit and export what you have logged. We will not lock your existing cases behind a payment.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
We work to keep OnlyTeeth available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own exports of anything important. We may change or improve features; if we make an important change to these terms, we will tell you in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, OnlyTeeth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for clinical outcomes, decisions or papers you prepare with the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using OnlyTeeth and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
